We have prepared this Payment and Refund Policy to explain our payment terms and the situations when you can request a refund for our products and services.
If we fail to fulfill any of our obligations to deliver an order, you are entitled to a partial or full refund in accordance with this Policy.
The pricing for our services is based on the complexity of your order. The price for your order will be generated after you fill out the order form so that you can see it before submitting your order.
Any payments made via our website are solely for the purpose of consuming the services. Such payments may not be made or used for any fraudulent, criminal, or any other illegal activity.
Refund eligibility might vary by country or region. In countries and regions with consumer law protections, you retain your rights under these protections. To receive a refund, please contact us, by sending your request manually.
Please note that you can’t refund a total greater than the original charge amount.
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in a charge. You can’t send a refund to a different destination, such as another card or bank account.
Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by the customer’s card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer’s replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund to the customer using an alternate method (for example, check or bank account deposit). In rare cases, a refund back to a card might fail.
In general refunds are available within six months of the original transaction date. You are not entitled to a refund if the refund period has expired.
You are not entitled to a refund if: we don’t have a way to verify that the service was provided poorly; the refund period has passed.
Chargebacks occur when you dispute a transaction with your issuer and the issuer contacts us to reverse it.
In the event of a chargeback, you agree that we may suspend access to your account. Fees incurred as the result of chargebacks or other payment disputes shall be covered by you.
